The power of a new identity is about more than having new life in Christ, more than how God sees you. It’s also about how you think about yourself. How you see your life shapes how you live your life. We all have our stories. We are who we are because of where we’ve been and the things we’ve experienced. Facing those experiences and the lies that come from them–allowing Jesus to bring healing and restoration–dramatically changes how we see ourselves. The power of a new identity is not only extremely practical but also extremely powerful in freeing us to become all that God has designed us to be.
Speaker: Dan Sneed
He is an itinerant Bible teacher and conference speaker. A former Director of Los Angeles Teen Challenge, Dan and wife Beverly have also pastored several Foursquare churches in the Los Angeles area in California, and served as the European Coordinator for Foursquare Missions International, a branch of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, coordinating personnel and ministry in 17 European nations.
