9 APRIL 2018 -Psalm 139:15-16 (TLB)
Scripture
15 You were there while I was being formed in utter seclusion! 16 You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your book!
Reflection
What a beautiful expression of the value of human life and your life in particular. Lord Richard Harris, former Bishop of Oxford has said that I may, if so inclined, say that my life has no meaning, no value, but I cannot say that your life has no value. God, well, he can speak as he pleases and what he says about you and me is this: we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (vs. 14) If he saw you in your mother’s womb it means there was a “you” to be seen! (Ps. Dale).
