11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
Here we read that God has put a desire for the quality of life which is experienced in his presence, called eternal life, into our hearts. Paul would say that God has done this so that we might seek Him although He is not far from us. Unfortunately for us we often have a hard time seeing the obvious let alone the beauty of God moving in His time. For example, Who has seen the beauty in sending God’s only son in the fullness of time? (Ps. Dale).
